the danger is he is probably running for a reason. Maybe he has a gun stuffed in his pants like that last idiot i pointed out. He may not be a danger to police right there but he is obviously a danger to the public

they should definatley chase someobody who runs from them INCASE they are wanted for a serious crime. i would guess 99% of people that run from the cops are wanted for something. Otherwise they would stay there and talk, like most normal people would do. Same reason they get into pursuits...
