Today is the perfect summation of the last five years. This group will deservedly go down in history as the worst AFL team of all time and it's unlikely they'll ever get surpassed.
Credit to the supporters still hanging around this festering turd of a club.
We've been incredibly unlucky with the fixture so far.
In our first six games we've had to play some top teams, some mid-table teams, and some bottom teams.
We'll only be able to truly judge where we're at when we get to play teams mathematically out of the 8 late in the season with nothing...
I genuinely think we'll win this. The boys should be getting absolutely roasted at half time and play like their lives depend on it these last two quarters.
Hard to judge the boys too harshly. Eagles had several AFL listed players on the field today.
Still very confident we're building what will be a strong VAFA team.
Similar to Carlton.
Very poorly coached teams that only look good when they throw their game plans in the bin and just focus on playing instinctive football.

The comparison is absolutely...
Lol at Lyon. Still hasn't figured out that West Coast are smashing them in clearances.
Just sees the big discrepancy and assumes it's Collingwood on top.
3. Larkey - 5 goals, 9 score involvements. Easily the best North player on the day IMO. Fans on this board take him for granted.
2. Greenwood - Battled hard and was the reason we were able to win clearances.
1. McDonald - His best game for a long time.
So proud of the club's response from the interchange error.
Took full responsibility. Looked at what went wrong and have come up with a plan to make sure it won't happen again.
We are on the right track and have the right people in charge.
This is a great example of why rebuilding through the draft alone doesn't work.
Brisbane's success has come from smart recruiting of established talent. Relying on that mediocre brigade would have had them battling for mid table scraps.
I've had my say about Spicer and haven't seen anything to make me change my mind.
But the way our boys and the opposition players interact with him after the game suggests he's an absolutely fantastic guy and would love for him to prove me wrong.
We made too many interchanges.
Why do you think a professional sport means the umpires should just ignore clear rules that every other team has to follow?
We ****ed up and it cost us. It sucks but blaming the umpires is a loser mindset that only befits StKilda flogs.
I genuinely appreciate the optimism and desire for him to do well but let's get serious.
He is 21 and is consistently one of the worst players on the VFL list. He would require a truly remarkable improvement to develop into a solid contributor at that level.
There should be absolutely no...
Ben McKay has the worst winning percentage of any AFL player since 1951 - 8th all time (minimum 50 games).
I wonder if this has affected his mentality a little. Hard to be motivated when you've never known any success your whole career.
What's most bizarre is that he has featured somewhat regularly under four different coaches.
There must be something he brings to the team, but I sure as hell can't see it.
The pattern of this forum is to massively overrate every 18-20 year old on the list and wax lyrical on every minor involvement they have in a match.
As they develop between the 21-24 age bracket and inevitably just become marginally better, the forum will slowly turn on them and demand for...
I find the hatred shown towards him embarrassing and emblematic of our club's victim mentality and refusal to take any responsibility for our own situation.
When you elect to turn your club into a basket case on the field to try and game the draft system, ambitious players aren't going to want...
They're colleagues, they don't have to be friends.
Our obsession with trying to build a boys frat club instead of a professional sporting team is why we have Luke McDonald as our captain...
