As far as i'm concerned, you only need to look at the lack of talls Melbourne have recruited the last 3 years (and carlton for that matter), to know that in a few years we''ll be ahead of them.

Does anyone know if Mitch is training with anyone? I noticed he wasn't on the AFL's 'permission to train with list'. Maybe this is an indication that he will be nominating for the National, rather than the Pre-season draft. If this is the case, I'd be suprised if he comes to us as its unlikely...

Yeah, but i thought the priority pick was independant of any of the draft 'rounds'. ie: priority pick (AFL's Biggest Loser) round 1 : pick 1 GC : pick 2 GC etc

What happens if either Rich or Melb qualify for a priority pick next year and want to draft Swallow?
