I'm also keen on him and hope he gets opportunities in the AFL.
Illness and injuries caused him a stop/start VFL season and really held him back.
When Gothard gets the ball he has class, but his two-way running was also impressive.
I like your assessment.
He hates to waste the ball, like Thomas, but unlike Thomas he's not quite as damaging - yet.
I back our coaches to challenge him to lift.
I'm thinking Callaghan would extend until free agency and cash in in the post Toby and Cogs era.
I think we didn't fight too hard for Cumming to create more opportunities for Leek. Let's hope he gets a stack of games this season.
I think the Interchange has been selected on a formula of 2 x Mids, Next best Fwd (Ricca), Next best Def (Leek), Best Utility/Sub (Leake). I'm not sure that is what Kinger's game style needs.
I will break the rules again this year to add a few more nominations:
Giant Pete - still one of my favourite posters who knows our strengths/weaknesses and a great game style understanding.
PMBangers - draft and list analysis master and holds unique knowledge in this area.
MelbourneGWS - can be...
It's a good way to deal with it. Sh*t happens in footy, back to work.
The thumbnail made me think that Keefe was going to talk about his shanks in front of goal

Jumper numbers for the new guys.
Interesting to note that Thomas and Gothard have changed numbers, although these new numbers are not mentioned.
Although there are clear standouts in certain positions, it feels like there is more competition for 6-8 spots than we've had for several years. Good motivation to smash the pre-season and we can get a couple of surprises in round 1.
