Duursma hit an absolute wall unfortunately. Painful game to watch with him on field and not owning Xerri.

Not sure I like the idea of Lohmann, looks to be a low scorer and a huge vest risk (either starting sub like he has previously or to get subbed out).

Lazzaro not at the captain's run so looking like he'll be out - changes my plans a bit.

Looking at: Duursma/Wilson > Powell (whoever I hold goes to the bench) Watson > Thomas at F8 $100k in the bank to downgrade a rook and upgrade Jordon next week, then I'll probably look at Williams at my D6 to upgrade after that.

I'm thinking Dawson for my VC also, probably into Sheezel or Rozee. Serong bound to get some attention sooner or later.

Any news on Watson? Brought him in this week and he scored well, looked decent aside from a couple misses at goal. Would be a shame if that ankle roll in the last 30 seconds rules him out for a period.

Did you pick Bont as a keeper/top tier premo? If so, I wouldn't worry about him losing cash. I'd only look to trade if he's injured and misses or his scoring falls off a cliff.

Yeah the dual rucks had me concerned plus he has a somewhat ordinary recent average vs Bombers I think I read. Saying that though, he is a proven fantasy player over the years whereas Fisher isn't - maybe I've answered my own question and should back him in for another week or two.

Really undecided on who to drop out of Grundy or Fisher. Grundy would become Xerri (and give me far too many North players for my liking), Fisher would likely become Billings. Other trade would be a sideways to get Reid to a playing rook down back.

Probably looking at Grundy to Xerri for cash and Reid to a player rook at D7/D8. Pretty happy with my week and Serong was a big tick. Late change of Green to Dawson will haunt me for a bit!

I wouldn't knee jerk yet - we all picked Bont for a reason. Had a good first half and faded like the rest of the team, plus it was pretty hot. I'd expect him to be better this week - 90 far from a horrible score but based on previous years is probably close to his floor.
