    It was a very combative game which given the grounds size lends to that style of footy. It was tight all day. Yes beena got the jump in 3rd but very even. Some big outs on both sides. It’s a very different style of game at finals venues if they happen to meet later in year.

    Systemic would mean the entire league by definition. Not sure that’s the case. The Caulfield matter was actually players hence suspended. The Hampton park incident seems to have some different conatations given the incident was filmed by the perpetrators in some kind of set up.

    Possibly, but could argue a young fella who was essentially tackled over the line into coaches box (which was all essentially ok) shouldn’t then be set on. Anyway was dealt with in Strong fashion by tribunal.

    Very balanced summary 👍. All clubs have there moments and after being a very competitive outfit in Div 1 for 10 years they are rebuilding. Two weeks out from finals can Doveton or Murrumbeena challenge EB??

    Agree with that GY. List is very young. Depth needs to be addressed but 20+ OS. Time will tell if can keep them all together.
