I would do a straight swap for Bailey Fristche, or a swap of their first + a player, for our second.

I'd love to see how he goes in packs. Is he any good leaping up at the ball in a contest? Holding his ground one on one? I think he shows enough in his highlights to be worth a spot.

If he does that in the VFL he will be playing seniors this season.

He is better than all of them as a winger, and they just might learn a thing or two from him. There's plenty of room in the rotation when you have half the team running up and down 3/4 of the ground. Just my two cents - Brad Hill is a proven winner and you take those players for the right price.

8-10 wins will be a good season for us. We've found some very good players. Playing style coming together. Team structure filling out.

Rayner has not shown any ability to play as a mid/fwd like some people hope. 6 years in the system - the time is long gone when 1-2 more pre-seasons gave people hope. He is what he has already shown. Unlikely to become anything more than a small/med forward.

It is far easier to find someone who can play in defence than it is to find someone who can play as a proper forward. I hope we don't mess with Dear and just play him forward.
