Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

The team hasn't been announced yet? And it does have credibility otherwise you wouldn't be on this post complaining that richmond are hard done by. Taranto had a great year, was he better than some, yes. Would he make the side, absolutely not. They're better off not even naming a squad, just...

It's every players MVP nominee, 3 from each team. These guys are generally in the all aus squad anyway but not necessarily in the team

Let my bias show. Up to round 17 degoey was arguably a walk up. Then he got suspended and his form dipped. I think if he didn't have a best on that last game he's not making the sqaud. Quaynor should make it, I will die on that hill

    You saying Moore is debatable?
  14. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

Merrett was never favourite for captaincy, and it's definitely not going to be Cripps. It's only out of Bont, Moore and Greene. Greene would be my pick

When did Kane become the head selector? You're aware it's a group decision yeh
  16. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

Might've jumped the gun. Cripps needs to show out in finals first but he's tracking to be one.
  17. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

HAHAHA come on now. You're using disposal efficiency as a reason lets go Taranto for the season 59% Career Fyfe 68% Mitchell. 71% Danger 65% so, you're flat out incorrect. Taranto is ranked in the 430's for kicking efficiency this year.....garbage. Good player but lets be realistic

Yes, known outside great ball users Newcombe and Anderson.

  20. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

Quaynor. He's been the best small defender all year. He plays for collingwood so it gets laughed at but it's true

Zero idea, I might've clicked wrong when I set my account. Dunno how to change it
  22. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

The more I think about it, the more as a Pies supporter I'd prefer Quaynor making it over Moore. He's arguably been the best small one on one defender in the comp and his attacking moves are nearly more effective. He won't make it but hope he gets in the squad

  26. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

I hate the concept of 4 mids on the bench. Langford for mine is a lock, and I would find room for another defender. Probably in place of merrett and taranto

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

Oh we just picking whatever stats fit? Ok, Rozee averages more disposals tackles I50 clearances R50 Metres gained Tackles inside 50 Intercepts. Is also 5th best player in the comp according to the coaches who.....shock....know more than us Stats aside, he has helped his side win more than...
  28. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

I'm picking Rozee on current form, been better in a better side. But it's who's had the better season. Langford has kicked 50 goals, and played a few games at half back. So yes, I am for real, he has been comfortably one of the best mid sized forwards this year.
  29. 267Hacksaw

Analysis 2023 All Australian Team Awards Night

Has he been better than the following: Greene, Langford, Petracca, Rozee, Curnow, Walker, Charlie Cameron as a genuine small, Jez Cameron. No, then he doesn't make it. And no, he hasn't been better than any of them. Good year still
