Yeah that would work too. I just thought it may give the bottom teams an advantage to play each other twice.

My idea as of 2012 is to have a 25 round season. Each team plays each other once = 17 rounds The top 9 teams (and bottom 9) from the previous year plays twice = another 8 rounds. Does this work? Any ideas?

It was pretty massive, I remember it well, but I don't think it would have compared with the Grand Fianls.
