To be fair, she’s defended well in just about every game but her skills looked a little rusty in the early rounds. I wouldn’t be surprised if the injury she had last year had a bit of an impact on her pre-season. It looks like she’s moving freely now and her skills are looking good too...

Defence is playing well once again. I think Birch is BOG at half time Midfield and forward line, not so good. Need to clean up the fumbling and dropped marks. Hopefully we can fix that area in the second half

They jagged 4 goals from snaps in that last qtr, we missed two set shots. One more fluke result to add to the pile of ludicrous losses in the last few years. McDonald-Tipungwuti’s one in a million snap, the interchange infringement against the Swans and the umpiring choke against the Magpies...

Virtually every goal they got in that quarter was from a hack kick forward or a freak error from us - and then they had a concussed player jagging another one. Carlton worked hard and might have deserved some luck, but hopefully the luck has run out for these bastards
