I think Tom Murphy should get a decent run... he showed a lot of promise playing in defence (stitching up an in-form Kayne Pettifer) and up forward as an accountable forward...(he did this against Lance Whitnall shutting him down whilst getting a goal himself)... any thoughts?

Thomas Murphy from Hawthorn... 2007 will be his breakout year... very versatile... very fit & strong... skillful.. and determined.. didn't disappointed considering the limited oppurtunities he had... that's my opinion anyways..

How can you seriously predict Mt Waverley to finish last? They only just lost to Black Rock in the finals (by 8pts) and have the youngest list in Div 3 by a guestimate of like 5 years. 80% of their list is made up of guys between 19 - 22. For all you APS kids out there... schools awarding scholarships is the same as buying players... and to answer another question.. Yes ACC and APS schools do play each other in practice matches... I played for De La Salle in 2003 and we beat scotch at their homeground by 5 goals... and both teams...

I will admit De La arent the best school side this year.. but next year or the year after they will dominate. After last years performance by their year 9 & 10 sides (underfeated and average winning margin of 200 points).. they will form a very VERY strong side combined by these 2 year levels...
