Anyone see Cannons train tonight? I heard Trengove's knee is recovering well and trained tonight. Apparantly ran laps and did some kicking drills. Good signs if true. Also anyone know who got selected for draft camp and state screenings?

trengrove has no damage what so ever to his lateral ligament. In fact the internal ligaments to the knee were not injured at all. Injured his lateral collateral ligament which is outside knee joint. Hamstring also not torn just came away with small slither of bone which has fully healed...

Further clarification fyi. No hamstring tear on trengove and No internal ligament damage either which is good for him. knee is certainly no where near the pelvis so not sure how you found info on bones screwed on at pelvis?? inside cannons info yesterday is he starts serious rehab within next...
