Well done to OP's. Have a habit of stepping up in the big games. Commiserations to Stars. Best side all year and losing this will sting but still a great season.
Great come back win for the Turtles today at Hoe Park.
Some really good signs for us that we have a lot of young players put us in a great position to win who will all be better for the experience.
Dont think they were necessarily better but it could have gone either way. Big difference in the game was that Ivanhoe refused to play to the conditions and Rezzas did.
Tough, cold day at Kinglake. Hoes struggled to shrug off Kinglake all day. I can understand why it's hard to win there.
Great options at the canteen inluding: roast beef rolls, chips, pizza and penne carbonara.
"The Raiders first eight weeks have been nothing short of sensational."
The scribes recognize a runaway juggernaut when they see it.
Lid's been blown off Chernobyl style.
Stars the side to beat IMO. Our boys hung in there but we're outgunned in the end.
I suspect we will take some scalps along the way if we play like we did today.
I saw the first half of West and Kinglake so no idea on Epping but I suspect Hoes have got a big task ahead next week against Mernda who must be firming to be in the play off.
Not when the opposition only scores 6. West had the chance to make it a 5 point game early in the last.
Hoes have only scored 11 goals in our last two games so we may be well off threatening the good sides and maybe West are competitive midfield.
West will go on. Most (not all) clubs with a long history has someone that cares enough to drive the club forward.
Expect a tight game with West tonight. Hoping for a Hoes win, a good crowd, and a catch up with old mate's.
P.S. will raise a toast tonight to my old mate Grant Reinke who...
No reports from Parade Ivanhoe. Was a big turnout at Hoe Park. 400 I reckon.
Hoes fell down up forward. Full credit to Parade wbo defended well. Looking at other results we are shaping up midfield
Hoes started well and then had a scrappy finish. Lots of room for improvement for us but to Rezzas credit they contested well and have some very handy players.. We are just looking to be competitive at this stage.
Reservoir's coach spoke at the after match and was a great representative for his...
Hoes beat St Mary's from the VAFA by 11 goals.
Not much to.be taken from it. Average standard and a lot of improvement needed but first praccy game and good to get a hit out.
