So? I can see for myself that he tried to be way too cute and tap the ball into space before the contact came from McGrath and it didn't work. Epic fail on his part. Nothing to do with a lack of courage. He's not scared of contact at all. He just tried to be too cute and "clean" as someone else...

I had a chance to finally watch the game last night and waited to see the incident where Trav showed a yellow streak as wide as the Yangtze.... and I kept on waiting..... Then I realized the incident everyone was referring to was when he was in the clear and the ball was kicked over his head and...

In last year's semi-final Sandilands was a cripple with a bung knee. Even Byrnes would have beaten Sandilands in the ruck. Ok, slight exaggeration about Byrnes but Sandilands should not have played. He was gawn. I can't recall any other time in the last 4 years when Ottens has actually played...
