Essendon are just so much faster and cleaner than us. We should probably be losing by a lot more. It's indicative of how poor we have been for so long but I am pleased that we haven't completely dropped it and it was good to get a couple late.
And yeah, umpiring. Every match I have watched this...
I signed up for the AFL app today but I can't even get through to a stream for tonight's game, just comes up with the rainbow bars. Anyone else had that problem? My wireless isn't always the best but it seems to otherwise be working fine at the moment.
Hammo gets wayyyy too much airtime on this board. The Courier Mail is a terrible, terrible paper which survives on trashy stories like this because that’s what their demographic buy.
Surely the only way to get rid of the guy or to change the direction of the coverage would be to stop reading...
Re: Jonathan Brown
been away from the boards for awhile but has kylie given birth yet? got the lions review thing in the mail yesterday and was reminded from the photos from the brownlow, she looked about ready to pop then!
I am also surprised Brennan wasn't moved forward. I cannot remember seeing him get a kick. 4 blokes on Brown is ridiculous.
Not a good enough team contribution - where we have improved so much is getting goals from our midfielders, we relied too much on Brown tonight and when he got shut down...
was only able to tune in at half time tonight, **** it was boring!
turned on to see harding's terrible pass to browny, yikes, surely that must be it for him?
sheldon and polks, yes. yes yes yes.
On top of all that, it's not like we've been complete utter shite the last few years, either. Bottom half, yes, but not like your Carltons and Melbournes that have been at the absolute bottom for consecutive years.
I missed last weeks game so it was good to finally see the boys - although I have to say I did spend majority of the game asking "who's that?". Note: check players' numbers before next game.
Yeah we lost but I was extremely happy with how the game turned out. The run out of the back looks to...
Jed seems quite articulate. Very to the point, no bullshit. So happy he's in the leadership group!
Good to see someone admit that they were thinking too far ahead last year. Looks like the second half fade out has shaken them up a bit, a good dose of reality it would seem!
Go Jed!
haha mate i was in shepherd's bush walkabout for australia day last year, what a filthy experience.
triple j is very repetitive. although the announcers are pretty crap and it can be rather hit and miss with the music, should all tune into 4zzz. support local music!
