Just checked the tribunal for the Watts incident against Collegians.. I hope my computer is taking a while to load, but it seems he didnt get any weeks.. Anyone confirm/deny that?
If he didn't that is an absolute joke.
I may aswell get this thread rolling along, can someone please tell me why Fergus Watts would put in a clearance from Collegians to Uni Blues if he is coaching?
Does this mean the big-shrieking-oaf might be strapping on the boots, if the performance of the blues aren't up to his standards?
I can't confirm or deny these claims - however I maybe able to shed some light on Kingy. due to his affliation with Sandringham and the saints he and Nick Sautner are mates and was asked to help out with match ups and game day when he could. Good win if he does come down and play.
I dare say...
That incident on Corp was a disgrace! The ball was going over the line and number 8 from Uni drove Corp into the fence.. I was under the impression that it was more than a dislocation.
I love a physical game and i am all for exerting physicality on the field but that incident as a low...
I enjoyed it when his voice would break when he would give Sugar Taft a spray for being in his zone!! How I will miss that.. Now we'll just hear from the sidelines while berating his younger brother for not being as good as him
Little brother will not like being bossed around by Fergus, never has and never will. It will be a nice power struggle between one of their favourite sons at the blues and the future coach. I look forward to watching it unfold.
I was reading this yesterday and was somewhat miffed! Does this mean if you dob yourself in for "paying players" then you get a slap on the wrist?!? What happens if during that time you won a premiership?
Sholly and his posse are possibly the biggest knobs going around!
From what I can gather, it was an opportunity that he couldnt pass up. Kanis has been at UB for a number years and from what has been banded around the traps, Ferg's chances are greater of getting a senior coaching role at UB than that of Collegians. and it gives him a chance to boss his little...
Our 2nds have promise, very young team the average age was about 21, what will let us down is size, the 2nds dont have the big bodies like Xavs and substituting the key positions like the Watts, Stone, Dixon and the other back line key runner Baxter and Fry will be difficult. Looking at the...
I am tad bias but Collegians will get the chocolates. Two tough games two weeks in a row for OX will they have enough freshness in the legs for a 3rd week of a hard slog and sh*t conditions at EP?
It is going to be a cracker of a game...

Its $5 a car and the $12 per adult to watch at Elsternwick Park.. I wouldnt mind paying $12 except the ground is horrible condition, not sure where the money is going..
