Was at the gym the other night and it was quite busy. A guy was sitting on a weight bench in front of the mirror, with his feet on another weight bench, reading Zoo Weekly!! I asked if I could use the bench he was using for his feet and he grunted and gave me a dirty stare, before taking his...
Re: Weight Training: Anything and Everything
Thanks Pez and Syphoncom. I think it should be right in the next couple of days.
I do a fair bit of work on my legs (sqauts, leg press, dead lift ete) and for my age, have fairly strong leg muscles. I work hard on them as they are so important...
BM said that he wants "big, strong, ruthless animals that play to win" and I think that really sums up Will. I love how he always has a crack and plays with passion. I think he will get a good run in 2012.
Re: Weight Training: Anything and Everything
Pez, the last 2 years I have been going to the gym in the offseason/pre season. I don't go when im playing as I train most nights. But for this off season, I started weights about 2 weeks ago. I have written up a training program that see's me...
Re: Weight Training: Anything and Everything
Went to the gym yesterday and did my Biceps, Shoulders and Back. But today, both biceps were sore, which is fine, but my right arm was quite sore, especially where the bend above my elbow is. It is strange because today, I can't fully straighten my...

WESTERN Bulldogs recruit Barry Hall believes he has left the demons that plagued his later days at...
I just played Under 14's and I also started to play at CHF. I few things
that I learnt when playing there was, that it is good to
tell your teamates who are playing in the foward line
to push out and give each other space. That way
you have got space to lead and you can verse your
opponent...
Gia will be missed in the next 6 weeks. His delivery into the foward line is exceptional and our fowards would be very happy when he is kicking in there.
When he has the ball you are confident that he is going to do somthing good with it and he is also a very good finisher.
