Hey all, sorry if this post is in the wrong area.
My mates are trying to raise funds for a child with leukaemia. One of the items for auction is a signed watch worn Marc Murphy jumper.
Great chance to buy a one off piece of memorabilia and help out a good cause.
Anyway the jumper is...

Good that the Ants are trying to reach out to supporters. Lets hope there is more to come.
Good job Ants :thumbsu:
Thy considering the volume of processing they do, they do get it right pretty much all the time. Next time you speak to the club ask them the ratio of f••• ups, you'd be pleasantly supprised. The length has of my post has nothing to do with anything, all I did was respond to each individual...
Thy generally your comments are pretty insightful however on this topic your attitude disappoints me so much that I feel compelled to comment.
Firstly our membership department do a sensational job. I dare say they get it right 99% of the time so if you do the math thats about 450 mistakes...
You missed the point. Was pointing out that the OP stated that cloke had come back in less than great shape, when he hadnt come back at all. Thus he was making sh*t up or talking from his ass. cheers
Umm What do you mean he came back in less than great shape?? hes not even back yet. he played in the Bullants GF and all players who played in the game were given an extra 2 weeks off which means hes not due back untill monday.
Credibility shot
Sorry Melbourne supporters but i think you may be out of your depth on this one. We're trying to recruit members - Note the 's', as in plural
At least all players depicted in our membership campaign are signed up and guaranteed to be playing with the club next year.
But seriously its...
Wouldn't be surprised if he shows you that he has a little more to offer. With fev gone it'll mean wiggler and all the other forwards will actually be able to put more than their big toe in the forward 50 without being abused at halftime or after the game.
I think 0-9.
Its far too unreasonable to assume that our young players (which is basically the whole team) will improve with another year of development.
And I don't know what i will do with myself when i see a one-on-one contest in our forward 50 for the first time in 7 years...
Agreed getting a 10 year CHF who is in the same bracket as our core young group of players is a massive disaster! In that case PLEASE PLEASE may we be hit with many more of these disasters in the near future!
Average thread at best. Next time you visit mummy in the big house make sure you...
sorry i made a typo, *the 2000, 01 finals campaigns*
but no sorry "Jock" after having a deeper look and gathering some further perspective i came to the conclusion that i do not subscribe to your theory that "he ran our list into the ground". injuries in 02 led us to finish where we did...
Get ready for it...
Here it comes...
i believe britts left because of his business ventures... (as reported on afl.com.au)
and that guy who has "NFI" effectively coached us to the 99 prelim, as well as the 01 & 02 finals campains
Terrific thread
ThereGoesTheTruth friend
ok this is actually becoming a joke, all the talk of needing another tall back and how we should be trading the kitchen sink to get one is completely fanciful.
jamison, thornton, waite, bower & austin.
how many more tall backs do we need? Surely between those 5 blokes we could cover the...

Never did i comment on setanta's kicking, i actually agree that he is a pretty good kick. but his decision making skills arent upto scratch. if setanta gets the ball at CHB in a game you wouldnt have a clue what he hes going to do with it...he could make the right choice but many times he can...
Anderson was alright, but he wasnt much better than alright. he didnt do a thing wrong and a couple of times he hit the ball hard running out o defence but it wasnt a regular occurance. he did his job and when he got the ball he looked pretty good but hes just not getting it in the right places...
carrazzo wasnt in the best because he wasnt one of the best players on the day. he had 41 touches but they were all on the boundry line.
and fisher didnt put in any 2nd or 3rd efforts. so i thought it was a good call on both by teagy
Carlos - i think carlos "exile" from the group is well and truly over. He does the diciplined thing by always punching the ball away but i think his downfall is wen he has the ball. he is so unpredictable when he has possession and it makes it almost impossible to set up a play from the back...
i am a massive fan of ellard and i think he can play afl, but after he made his debut and had those personal issues his form really declined. hopefully hes one of many who are playing well and putting pressure on others to play well in the seniors, hes certainly caperble.
I was unaware that...
yep in the past you couldnt be more spot on...however the longer the blues stay in the finals the longer the 12-10 rule doesnt apply to us. For instance if carlton make it to week three of the finals then the bullants can have as many carlton listed players as they want in the team.
so the...
