Double trade this week. Adcock & Houlihan have turned into Waite & Grimes. 2 mid tiers into 1 premium and 1 solid 7th defender. 12 trades and 150K to strenghthen up the 5th and 6th defenders. 1 further upgrade required in midfield and 1 required in forwards.

Ibbotson OUT, Wilkes IN Houli OUT, Ablett IN Forwards, Rucks, Mids all set for the year. 2 upgrades in the backs to go. 9 trades remaining. While Ablett cost 95K more than any other midfield, i just couldnt see myself getting close to the top 20 in the Adelaide Now comp without him.

I plan to upgrade Wona & Ibbotson in a couple of weeks to two of Stiff / P.Burgoyne / Mcleod. There has been some great cash cows this year.

Just on Meesen - is there any chance he will play this year or will the big lump of 113K just sit on my bench all year? Is he injured or just stuck in the VFL?
