Interstate team travelling across without 4 of their best players? Feels like the script has already been written for this game.
Port out to a 20 point lead early in the 2nd, miss a few chances to really lock the game away, couple of easy over the back goals to the Tigers just before half...
One of the criticisms of the Choco years was his stubborness to change - including heavy tags on players who consistently torched us. Here I was hoping that this would all change under the Primus regime, unfortunately not.
Case in Point: Dane Swan
No heavy tag placed on Swan through the...
He didn't really give much away. Other than saying Cornesy probably left himself open to be told where to go after he made his speech. McDermott said it was pretty awkward, but he didnt go into much detail either.
Surprised there wasn't a thread already started on this.
The two clowns that are currently hosting the 5AA sports show interviewed one of the greatest players that has ever worn the black and white prison bars.
A couple of good points from Scotty about not handling the crowds too well in...
Some additional email addresses to be used to bypass sending an email to the club only to get the standard "5 year plan, youngsters getting good game time, developing new plans, difficult to win without our best players" response.

Double trade this week. Adcock & Houlihan have turned into Waite & Grimes.
2 mid tiers into 1 premium and 1 solid 7th defender.
12 trades and 150K to strenghthen up the 5th and 6th defenders.
1 further upgrade required in midfield and 1 required in forwards.
I reckon if we can win it from here it will give the younger players some great confidence of being able to hold onto a lead - which will be very important with a showdown coming up next week.
2295 for me this week. Poor scores from Mitchell, Swan, Riewoldt, B.Johnson & Cornes. Could have been so much more but not complaining.
Sold the farm last week to get Ablett - well worth it.
Ibbotson OUT, Wilkes IN
Houli OUT, Ablett IN
Forwards, Rucks, Mids all set for the year. 2 upgrades in the backs to go. 9 trades remaining.
While Ablett cost 95K more than any other midfield, i just couldnt see myself getting close to the top 20 in the Adelaide Now comp without him.
Finally pulled the trigger on my trades this week.
Tredrea, Rioli OUT
Franklin, Chapman IN
Didak is currently my 7th forward and I plan to upgrade him to J.Brown in a few weeks.
FWD Line: Franklin, Chapman, Riewoldt (Dew Emergency) Pavlich, Didak, Porplyzia, B.Johnson
No inside Port knowledge unfortunately and am still tossing up between Didak & Tredrea. Tredrea's scoring all depends on Port's style, in the first half against the Hawks he was killing it, then Port changed style and the attack dried up. We are playing Sydney this week which means the standard...
I am thinking of trading out Rioli & Didak and bringing in Franklin & J.Brown.
This will leave me with a forward line of:
Franklin, J.Brown, Pavlich, Riewoldt (Dew covering for now), Porplyzia, B.Johnson & Tredrea.
With one possible upgrade to come of Dew to P.Chapman.
15 trades...
Just on Meesen - is there any chance he will play this year or will the big lump of 113K just sit on my bench all year? Is he injured or just stuck in the VFL?
