Tough position to be in to be honest. The challenge is that the message has been the same: "we're disappointed and dissatisfied but there is hope on the horizon because the kids are promising". But the results haven't changed for five years and the horizon seems no closer.

They're all playing medium forward. Sure he doesn't differently but it's the same role. If Membrey is added, two will have to play VFL.
