You miss the point. Just for people to blantly say voss carnt coach is unfair imo. To me he's had the no 1 pillar.. continuity not available to him. When he does then we will be in a better position to judge.

No it isn't. Both coaches couldnt get their team to play finals yr after winning a flag. Why? Even the so called best coach in comp and some say of the modern era missed finals with prem list. They missed cause esp early in season due to disruption to selection due to injury.

Yes...but u carnt have constant major changes like we have had. A player or 2 going out occasionally yes..but our side every 4 weeks looked completely different.
