It's been a nice long slow burn developing Majak. Years of development waiting for it all to click.

He'll be ready soon to make a great point of difference as a powerful athletic ruck-forward.

For Hawthorn.

Yeah starting to think that something like this may happen.

The excitement that Majak can bring to a game might just be the spark needed for us as a team to show something this year.

Anyone actually know his contract status? And more importantly, his manager?

We must start playing him or he will leave.

Not sure who his manager is but contract ends this year. I think everyone,us and prospective suitors, are waiting for his court case in September before any serious offers are made.

Can we play a forward line of Daw, Waite, Petrie and Brown? I can't see us playing all four, so who doesn't make it?

We can't let Majak go, and he can't be that much of a mercenary that he'd leave. Barring a greenwoodgate, he'd have to sign. He is a major part of a forward line/ruck going forward.

I agree but if he's not getting games, and he thinks he's reached an age and a level that warrants regular selection in the big show, then he would have to look elsewhere.

so what will this weeks reason be?

Maj should only play if bbb doesn't. If wait misses, and bbb plays, Black should be in.

We can't afford to not have a chop out ruckman again. Goldie is a gun, but we cant afford to have drew rucking or following their ruck into the back line.

If Waite and/or bbb miss, then Maj is in
