To play proper KPD he would need a year or two VFL but with his athleticism he could play games first year as an intercepting defender in need.

Love seeing this stuff, and love that our club always treat the youngsters with respect and care (Barring Stewy's little mishap in 2022)

Such a big moment for them, and I don't think I'd be going out on a limb to suggest that Connor will be receiving a medal himself in the coming years.

The Essendon trade was quite interesting, because the second Geelong agreed to it, Essendon really should known we were never actually going to draft Caddy.

So we extracted a pick for nothing.

There is no way we do that deal unless we we were taking O’Sullivan anyway.

I don’t know why so many clubs give up info on who they want. Geelong are at least professional about it and seemingly used it to their advantage here.

It's good that we were linked to Caddy as it meant Essendon had to pull the trigger on a live trade.
I would say that if we were dead set keen on him we wouldn't have been as strongly linked to him in the media.
