Feels like the Goddard situation all over again.. let's burn through 10 substitutions and our sub before 1/4 time.. or we start him as sub and pray to the footy gods there isn't an injury before half way through the last quarter.. or that we haven't been blown away by then..

I feel there is a reason why my head keeps screaming Juddy Juddy Juddy...

Especially as this guy has KNOWN injury problems.. like Winderlich.. why the hell would we rush him back and go softly softly with everyone else..

The absolute wrong decision to play him today. No pre season half a ****ing game in the 2's give me a break. Add to the fact he was exiled from the 1's only to come straight back we he is fit is not right.

Positive: Didn't get injured. And he had a quarter and a half to find some touch and build some match fitness. I didn't like the risk but at least we didn't pay too heavily for it (aside from his first few touches where he was off the pace).

Didn't think he looked fat. He certainly seemed a touch off the pace though and I still find myself dubious about his selection at all.
