If he loses again that's it I reckon he will never get back.

When is Mahomeboy up for a new contract?
2 more seasons.
Well next season and then the 5th year option.

Going out a a limb there, saying the designated road team will be in white.

Apparently the 9ers will petition the league for the 90's all white, but players think its a good chance it gets knocked back since the league already let them use a "Alt" uniform twice. and had to get an exception to use them Week 17
I'll have a ****ing fit if San Fran wear that ****ing uniform. It'll almost make me pull for KC and I'm not joking

wow as long as they dont overspent this season KC are in a real good position cap wise for Mahomes when his extention will come.

The 9ers are in a position i didnt expect, Dont see them keeping Sanders unless they get him for under $8. Juszczyk will get his option declinded and then signed at a lower rate, Paying $5M for a FB when you have a tight cap is dumb. Breida will get a pay bump if he wants to stay.
Armstead or Ward will be a decision they might need to make even if they let Sanders go. unless they cut someone like Stayley or Sherman for the cap room of $10+M. but doubt it.

This time.

Sherm has made himself to look plenty petty during the season on twitter

Hell of performance to out petty Sherm by Revis. ...why would you even bother as a retired player? Sherm must have really mind ****ed him in the past 😂

I think it's less about Sherm and more about Revis trying to stay relevant

The featured backs in the games today (Mostert, Henry, Williams, Jones) made a combined 3.3 million dollars this year. There are 18 running backs who are payed more per year than the four of them combined.

McKinnon likely gets cut to make room and there are a few contracts that can be restructured...I read on another board which has a pretty good capologist poster....he did some what if scenarios and as ling as the fas in question dont get massive contract offers elsewhere they should be able to be resigned

That only saves $4.5M and leaves another $4M in dead money. it will help but might not be enough with out letting people walk.
restructuring just pushed money to later years. You would do some of it.

Staley just looks like a prime contender to cut. 36years old and can cut him to save over $10M with the other $1m the dead money. that will just about double the cap room with letting one player go.
and let Sanders walk unless he wants to play for 7-8M rather than the $10 he can get elsewhere.

I can see this being touted as the Steve DeBerg/Joe Montana/Steve Bono/Elvis Grbac/Alex Smith/whatever other 49ers QB went to KC cup.

So what do we think re: unis?

I reckon San Fran will be in white.
AFC team is the home team this year and, given the Chiefs haven't worn white at home in 13 years, I'd say it's a lock they're wearing red (over white).
