Mr Shaun Edwards is a great pick up for the Don's being a Medium defender/midfielder His balance, game sense and ability to read the ball in flight give him a significant advantage when the ball is in the air. A strong overhead mark and fluent kick of the football so i hope you like my post as he looks a smooth mover.

A little excited to read that he is 190cm.

Is that weird? :p

I was just glad to see he's still alive with the 10th anniversery for the long walk photo.
Sean Gregory is like that the most. I haven't seen/heard about the kid in ages. You even google him and there are no photos. It's like he isn't even at the club or something.

He hasn't been at Coburg Woolworths for ages either. I used to see J. Merret, Gregory. Orazio and Dalgliesh there all time over summer. In the past it was Myers, Pears and Reimers!

When I use to work there I served Reimers a couple of times. First time I saw him I was thinking "Why does this tattooed bogan look familiar?", before I realised who it was after he left.

Pros:
- Not afraid to run with the ball

Everytime I hear/read that phrase I think of this

The whole carrying the ball thing is something I wish he would do more of. On sat he looked too willing to feed off a handball instead of taking off down the centre when he had a lot of opportunities to do so.

Maybe he was told to do a specific role but it did appear odd.

What options were ahead of him if he did that? Also that could be nerves.

Bring him in for Dempsey now.. see how we go.
I'm thinking we could put him where Melksham is instead, Dempsey might be safe.

The lesser of two spud-like performances, as they say.

I don't see what was so bad about Dempsey's game tbh. Of his 3 clangers, 2 were frees (at least 1 was on the wing) and one was because Baguley dropped the ball directly in front of Melbourne's goal. Melksham, Chapman and Winderlich were all worse IMO.

Actually, both were in the middle of the ground. Can somebody tell me why Dempsey's copping so much shit for a 19 possession game, with 1 disposal clanger (do behinds count as clangers or just ineffective disposal?) and producing behind of the year?
