2008 Membership Count: As at 06/06/2008 40,217

i read in the herald sun today that we have 16,000 members can anyone clarify if that is a record for this time of year. Awesome effort!!!

At the club today there was a sign saying we had about 16200 or something already signed up and last we had about 8700 so last years success is really showing.

I was talking to Greg Cook, General Manager - Membership and Community this afternoon and he said that as of this morning 16,280 had signed. I wonder how many signed on today? Let's hope we have 18,000 by Christmas which means we will be more than half way to the target of 35,000.

The same can be said for the Roos this year!

If our current figure has a high percentage of new or lapsed members from previous years we are doing very well.

Very proudly signed up 6 memberships today with the family in the Gold family seating which since the tackers are under 7 dosent require th Hutton room. Am very pumped!!
