Ben, while not trying to appear thicker than i already am (my 1st go at this DT thingy), when there are 16 noms for div3, the league will be created, so until then i do nothing?

I think I'll wait for Div 2 to fill up (by having loopy invite Div 3 people) before creating it. It should be right by this week.
