Will be interesting if true. I'm a big fan of our current away jumper but change is always nice.

Jumpers don't go on sale till around March though.

I'm not a fan of any away jumper. I like the original and that's it.
How can you call yourself 'The Navy Blues' with 80% white?

As for Port, They can F#ck off and wear white when we play them because they shoulda chose better than trying to rip off ours! :p

Here's one i prepared earlier

no... just... no

As others have noticed... too much like the bummers and the bitchmond strips.

Whats wrong with the standard away strip we have been using...

Or are we going to be going back to wearing the navy blue strips for home and away and just changing from blue shorts to white shorts depending on where we are playing.

Yeah coz a teal and white V looks just like the Carlton monogram!

And I think you should stick to the white jumper. Don't go introducing new colours when you don't have to...even though the "Sturt Double Blue" is a good look it's not Carlton.

This could all be BS but after giving it more thought a light Blue doesn't have to mean the m&m strip. .. how about a Sturt FC inspired double blues. ..

Someone left a navy blue sock in the wash...

I think whatever it is, it has to have the proper team logo.

I don't like the white strip we have been playing in of late. But I suppose that given the style of our famous jumper, there isn't much alternative.

I didn't mind the Sturt inspired jumper...but it just aint Carlton.

What I truly couldn't understand was the sash....never never never.

Well everyone wants Dark Navy Blues. .. How about Dark Navy Blueys. ..

I give you RangaFC's new clash strip:

Yes it looks like a Demons clash strip. .. yes I am joking. .. ;)

Edit: All I need now is Zee to mash up Cameron Ling and Captain Carlton and we're set. ..

I, and I think every other Blues fan, will always love the traditional Navy Blue jumper. I guess we have to have a clash guernsey though, and although I didn't like it at first, I have come to love the current white jumper that we have been wearing. Don't mess with the jumper people!

no sash, no yellow, no brown, no orange, no black, no stripes...

JUST FRIGGING NAVY BLUE AND WHITE....that is what Carlton stands for.

I am sick of all this experimentation with something that should be sacrosanct from being a play thing of marketing executives. "move with the times" they say ... that is bull. Tradition, honour, style and class far outweigh the play thing of marketing executives wish list.

No clash strip. It isn't friggin soccer or rugby. AFL should be differentiating themselves from rugby and soccer-not copying them. When will people understand this?

Nothing wrong with a bit of change. In soccer teams change their strips every year or few years. Some the fans love, some the fans hate. They deal with it and move on.

I'd be all for keeping the traditional home strip, and then experimenting with the clash strip annually, biannually or something of the like. I know alot of traditionalists would hate this idea, but i think it has merit especially for merch sales.
