not sure why people get iffy about his age, he played in england last year and was one of the best players for fulham. would be a massive signing and could see him fitting right into our club tbh

even if we get 1 or even 2 seasons from him, i'd be over the moon.

only issue would be fitting him under the cap. does he want to play for an average wage? or will flores be off?

also the fact he is still playing for greece, captain of them too, does he want to play in the a-league in a world cup year?

If Victory can land Karagounis then I doubt Flores will be at the club next season, at least not as a marquee.

Flores was disappointing last season and doesn't really seem to fit into Ange's system. Plus with Nichols coming in and Finkler returning, is he really needed?

Karagounis was playing regularly for Fulham in the Premier League as recently as last season and would bring a wealth of quality and experience.

fairly sure this time last year we had already made the majority of our signings which atm we have only made 1. i guess last year we actually needed to sign more players but hopefully over these next few weeks ange, trimmers etc can start signing some players to get them in for a proper pre-season.
