yes you did play on our ground 2 weeks ago. but have faith morro, right now it is perfect. could do with a few showers in the next 2 weeks before our next game or it might be abit hard haha. told you it would recover with some good weather :)

Hey Guy, if you don't sign a player or players you won't have a team. :eek:

Or do you mean paying players? With the money you guys wasted last year I'd keep this topic very quiet.

Ps. 3 of the 4 have signed and all look likely which is very exciting for us. Pays to build relationships with other clubs.

But did you win a flag? I mean you tried to buy one, spent a ridiculous amount of money and fell 10 goals short. I'd call that a fail.

We also fell short but didn't splash around a small fortune.

Anyway, I could care less about that topic.

Have you anything remotely interesting to add? Looking good this weekend? Confident?

Here we go again, just like the league medal, and of course its not Morro's fault.....
 
Games? Tips? Or is it now just a sledge fest? Obviously Beenleigh & Logan are playing as the 1st page I read on this warns of such encounters & the posts are backing this up

3 possible games of the round: UQ vs Griffith, should be a desperate encounter, Beenleigh & Logan, who gets 5th & Redcliffe v Nambour as 1 side will no longer be undefeated. I'll tip Beenleigh by a point, UQ by 30, Caboolture by 40, Nambour by 12 & Ipswich by 10

Hard to argue with any of that. I think Nambour will win by a much larger margin and our games with Logan are typically very close so could go either way so you could be on the money there.

this promises to be another epic 1 would expect in the local derby. :footy:

il tip - moorooka just on the back off a good 2nd half last week
beenleigh in a classic
nambour by 6goals and stay underfeated
caboolture by 10goals
and coomera in a close one against ipswich

Not a bad call on Moorooka, & thanks for the previous 3 results of the 'derby', I said earlier I think Logan sound 2 wks behind Beenleigh in progress but with some added surfers guys u should get the bikkies. I thought the ipswich tip may have been a bit questionable but I think they're due & Coomera played in a tough loss at home some here's their chance

If the mysterious #51 plays it could be different but if not it could be tighter.

2 off the surfers guys have signed as buffs now. but the big ruckman has pulled out with hamstring complaint :(
should be a cracking game should be an intresting game coomera ipswich at ipswich too. ur ipswich tip mite not be a bad 1.

What's the go with Ipswich, early on I read everyone tipping them and later saw someone post they were gonna surprise Nambour? Are Coomera certainties for the 5 or will both Beenleigh & Logan knock them out?

who knows how they breed them up thay way :thumbsu:
should be intresting mate im 100% confident we beenleigh. will have a much better 2nd half of the season and have a very favourable draw come end of the season. i liked caboolture i rate them but i didnt rate redcliffe. and im still suprised there underfeated be intrested to see if they can maintain it for 2nd half.

UQ, Beenleigh, Nambour, Caboolture and Coomera. Should be the same results in Ressies too.

As RUL said with players moving up when a division when they are good enough it's hard to suggest any UQ players. Powyer would have been the one last year/the year before but he's now entrenched in the 1's. Although I think he's played a game in the 2's already, the one guy who can't seem to break up into Div 2 who really should be there is probably Nick Foxcroft. Lacks a bit of size because of his age (and being about 4 foot tall) but is a jet.
