terrible attempt frm both teams in the ott - buf shootout. good on buffolo for getting the win but those first 5 attempts from each team were horrible. made it easy for the goaltenders

Rangers couldn't get it past this guy right now.
The way that third string goalie was banging the pipes every 2 seconds in the first period made me think he was blind, wouldn't surprise me if we couldn't score on a blind goalie.

That "guy" wouldn't even need to be there and they'd still struggle to get it in.
Don't even know what the heck they're doing.
Pisses me off even more now our strengths are shit too.
I'm okay with not scoring much as long as we win even though it's boring as shit.
But god damn, impossible to watch when we play like absolute crap every game and lose.
It's actually so bad it's not even worth watching.

Burke has no timetable to put a permanent GM in place.
"My plan would be to be patient until we see how long it takes to get the guy that we want in here," he said. "It's not that simple that I just go meet this guy in an airport and interview him. We'd want the owners to meet him. We want Ken to be comfortable with him. So that could take a little longer. In the meantime, if we can do something to improve the team, I'll do it."
