19 tips have been received with only one not fully compliant (SBYM 9th finish tip)

They were already in. He didn't say so in as many words, but I'm pretty sure GordonBlue was suggesting that my tips were the most astute and most likely to win of the lot of them. Something about the way he said my tips were compliant, good luck ..... pretty sure he was saying that I didn't need luck. Thanks for the support GB.
