I see Monkey Magic might have a match the hair department with The Silverback crossing to Barny !!!
DMB have put a clearence in for Darren Bradshaw yet? He was spotted at Wodongas practice match on saturday.
Saints may win a few and hopefully build on that for next season.

Sure the comp will be real even top 4 then daylight to the remainder of the comp, On the game on Friday I reckon Thurgoonas bottom 6-8 players are better than the Bombers and that will get them over the line and a bit depends on Almonds famed full ground Lavy Press whether it works or not

Looks like the bombers are the real deal , did anyone go to the game were they to good or the dogs continue to crumble in the big games when the pressure is applied.What was the crowd like is a Good Friday game a worthwhile excercise in making good dollars.
 
Sariman has left Saints before round 1. Off to the other Saints. I wonder what the go is there.?
Bradshaw's did it easy and will get plenty of it. Just wondering why Matt didn't go across?

Not sure about dederang being favorites. I saw a bit of the dmb v thurgoona game and i dont think the gap is as wide as the score suggested. in fact i think thurgoona will be the side to beat. dmb got belted in the reserves. if they are going to go deep into finals they will need much more depth. especially if they want to play the 'press'. can see it falling apart very quickly if they get a few injuries.
the kiewa boys are definitely up and about. good to see they've recruited locals back to the club. can anyone associated with the hume league confirm or deny if Lamb is playing at holbrook. i have heard he is having a break from footy this yeaer. however, if kiewa is looking like a contender he may move across and play the last few/finals. not sure how accurate this is but if its true, it would be a massive get.

Agreed that Dederang shouldnt be rated favourite, not yet anyway. I would have to order of the top 4 changed to Kiewa, Thurgoona, Dederang and Mitta. The rest of the teams are of little consequence as it stands because I think these teams are at least 5-6 goals better than the rest.
And if Kiewa got Lamb for the finals they would be near unbackable if the rest of the list are sound.

saints desperately unlucky one yack goal was obviously given as an own goal (see soccer) when a saints defender headed it through with his nose ,all in all a very good game to watch
 
Well watch 3 quarters of Barny V DMB spewing left at the start of the last quarter. I thought DMB had it in the bag. Great result for Barny. Very fast paced and scrappy at the start. Daniel Bradshaw is there main target and Darren is the dummy forward. He's a little tip put a quick guy on him. They don't chase much. DMB don't look like favourites yet but if they can put it all together who knows. Stephen Bradshaw very handy ruckman . Barny have some ball magnets in Price and McNeil but I think depth might be there problem. Bottom 5 or 6 players are good but not great. Can someone tell me who number 46 for DMB is ? Very solid player.
 
Got a clean record last week, excluding the draw, so let's see if we can keep it going.
