To be honest I find it difficult to take feedback from someone who spends his spare time in Logan....

Woah! I think you have taken this whole be cruel and mean thing too far now.

So on to this weeks Games

Seniors

Buffs to beat Coomera
Carrara Just to good for the Roosters
Pine Rivers to beat Ipswich but will be close
Calamvale to break the goose egg against UQ

Reserves

Beenleigh
Roosters
Pine Rivers
UQ

Well I've just about lost the plot with anger! As you can probably tell by some of my harsh statements!

I agree with all of your tips except of course for the "Dreamworld at the G" game...

Rumour going around is that KP will be tagged heavily this weekend by none other than myself.

I refer of course to Facebook where I will ensure he is tagged enjoying a frothy ale at "Swoopa's Saloon".

Can't believe the amount of rain we've had. Unbelievable. Ground is an absolute mess! If I was the buffs I'd just get on the p155 really hard tonight and not even worry about football :D

SENIORS

Coomera by 3 goals
Moorooka by 1 goal
Pine Rivers by 2 goals
Calamvale by 4 goals

RESERVES

Coomers by 10 goals
Moorooka by 9 goals
Ipswich by 1 goal
UQ by 12 goals

I like your tipping Noclue but I expect the Ressies game to be as hotly contested as the Seniors.
I know us the the magoos are disappointed in the margin of our game apart from 15/20 minutes of the game I feel we matched you blokes. But 15/20 minute lapses have been the story of us in the 2nds all year. And I'm sure the seniors will be wanting to take out the frustration of the lose on next weeks opponent unfortunately for Calamvale.

Yes it was a good game and fairly even for a majority of the day. We certainly never felt 100% in control.

Thanks to the Buffs for a good day of footy yesterday. Thanks to their Reserves team for supporting "Swoopa's Saloon" after their game. We look forward to returning the favour in "the cage" at Dauth Park later in the year.

So after this weekend we will have a clear understanding of where everyone is at you'd imagine.

Played everyone bar the washout in round 2. Coomera are resounding premiership favourites and deservidly so.

The question remains then who will challenge them the most and how hard will the challenger, challenge. (say that ten times fast)

I still feel that being only May that there is plenty of improvement left in the other contenders and that we will have a cracking finals series come august.

I agree Buffs. I predict that the big improvers will be Pine Rivers and Logan as a dark horse (will Milligan return and bring some mates) in the Seniors and Pine Rivers and Beenleigh in the Ressies (UQ will shoot up the ladder once they get their injured blokes back up and running).

Still plenty of time for some last minute signatures and returns so I think there is a fair few surprises in store.

Does anybody have League Medal predictions at this stage? That is of course unless Milligan does come back and automatically receives his 3 votes a week to take it out.

First I have heard of this and I have a few friends on that side of the river. Is there something you know that the rest of the league doesnt rocket?

My extremely reliable source (some drunk bloke in a pub) told me he has been unhappy running around in the magoos.

Something about access to K9s as well?!!

I think the buffs are still dissecting what happened on Saturday.
Morro seems a bit quiet. 2 days not a word.

Not much to dissect, the better team won are after a brilliant start. They certainly looked hungrier than we did and we received our right whack on the scoreboard. As expected they are a good side and we too few winners on the day. Not panic stations but certainly plenty to think about.

I've been quiet on here for a few weeks now, left handed, 1 finger typing is very frustrating.

League medalist - Boucher from Pine Rivers, a footballers footballer. No nonsense and no bullshit, best & fairest player I have seen all year. Its not a crush before you all start, but its getting close.

As we're still not quite at the halfway mark form and injuries could still bring clubs down.
There's still room for improvement with 9 games to go.
As Nambour found out you can't take anything for granted.

It's a bit sad if its taken all this time to type this reply.:(

Round 9

Ipswich vs Coomera - Ippy will put up an early fight at home but I have Coomera by a decent margin in this one
Pine Rivers v Carrara - I agree with swoopa that rivers will be the big improvers and i say starting this week at home to safely put away carrara
UQ v Logan - UQ have improved since the start of the season and will challenge here Logan in a close one
Calamvale v Beenleigh - Beenleigh back on the winners board this week - big effort before the bye.
Moorooka with the week off to reflect on the first half of the season. Not sure if the Pearson brothers will bother coming down to see Beenleigh v Calamvale though.

Seniors
Coomera
Pine Rivers by 60
Logan by 20
Beenleigh by 100

Reserves
Coomera
Pine Rivers by 120
UQ by 50
Beenleigh by 80
