2015 kangas for's

a biased supporters view.

adams 329k 61 should improve.may need more midfield time for imp. doubt will get it.
black 313k 58 had every chance last year playing 22. imo didnt deliver. wont play 22 this year.
brown 358 66 good finals. inj to petrie makes him 1st foreward imo
daw 281k 52 good nab so far. could do anything or nothing.
garner 123k 0 idk
harper 123k 0 will get games. at 23, bigger body. maybe
higgins 410k 76 get him down back if u want the risk
nahas 347k 64 depth, shame, but depth
petrie 423k 78 hammy in nab. wont avg high enough
tarrant 144k 19 in norths best 22. massive inj risk
thomas 360 67 capble of -15 to 170 scores in a game. 80 avg imo
turner 360k 82 over priced for 3 game player imo. i love him.
waite 491k 91 hmm. all the physical att's not sure hes got the mental ones.
wood 244k 65 gun of the future. this guy would have played 22 games at a bottom 6 club.
ziebell 449k 83 will score higher than 449k. but wont be high enough. may miss games.

hope this helps folks.
Honestly, of the North forwards the only one I'm keen on is Garner if he gets games. Ziebell is an interesting gamble, and Higgins' D/F DPP might come in handy if you're otherwise undecided. The rest not relevant. Waite's role in tandem with Petrie will reinforce his already legendary inconsistency, and Brown and Turner would have been good if they were closer to rookie prices. Black will be better now they've reattached his shoulder but won't be good enough SC value. Wood could be great but $244K is too rich.

I'm not sure they can play both Karnezis and Goldsack in the same side. They are pretty much the same player. Can't carry too many mid sized forwards. Throw Elliot in too.

Pk and goldy completely different footbfootballers
one has buckets of talent and one has huge heart.
pk has goal sense
goldy has defensive sense

not a fan of harper rob? 123k is cheap.........
I'm not a fan of his ankles, low possession winning gamestyle or how well he is going to play in the vfl (which happened in about one game last year) before he even gets a game

Sack can play back if needed.
Sack will play forward period. They love his attack and fwd pressure to lock it in.

Reid & Keefe are still to return.

Plenty of forward rookies already but thoughts on Kyle Langford? Looked alright against GWS.
Will be a much more attractive option if Essendon gets a decent ban. Would prefer Laverde though at this stage.
Haven't even seen Laverde yet. Is he injured or what's the go there?
Had some groin issues early in the pre season. Much more versatile than Langford. But I guess if he doesnt get a NAB game then you would have to draw the line through him.

Langford has had the better pre season, Laverde struggles to find the ball, Langford also seems like he has more footy smarts and more skilled with ball in hand.

I'm a massive fan of Harps. Great kid, obscenely good looking and perfect footballer's physique (NTTAWWT), always got time for the kids at open trainings, my son wears 23 on his jumper ...

But for SC? Between his ankles and his shattered confidence he's so far from even a senior game let alone good SC value. Best case is his 2012 numbers, which is something like a dozen possessions, a couple of goals and 3-4 tackles, maybe 50SC.

But God I hope he makes it back. Excitement machine.

Any Blues fans know what's up with Daisy Thomas - is he still carrying an injury? I expected to see him in the weekend match but wasn't even in the squad. Thought he was good value but he's now looking like fools gold just like last year.

I'm not a Blues supporter but I can tell you wassup?

He's a ****ing Judas cash grabbing campaigner with bad feet. Karma is a bitch.

Oh, and he'll be back for NAB3 :D:thumbsu:

Call me crazy but i like living life on the edge..

Considering Cyril Rioli.
He's due to explode, just need those hammies to stay together!
Love Cyril. Absolutely worth a punt if he can stay. On my Watchlist.

Injuries permitting I'd loved to have had both Cyril & Wingard in my starting side.

I'm getting all McAvany now :straining:

Does anyone think Jack Martin could be a good person to start with, with an eye to upgrade him to Gray around the byes?

i'm starting to question not starting Budwa in my team. at the moment i've gone 3/0/5 (Swan is one of the 3). just read the article where Lloyd reckons buddy will kick 100 - don't care about that though - it's the reports that he's having the best preseason ever so far. didn;t watch the latest swans NAB but obviously he wasn't too crash hot in that - it is NAB though

he was in my team for awhile but took him out due to an article re his knee (plus fwd rookies) - see here: http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/a...hn-longmire-says/story-fni5fan7-1227235922933

“We still have to manage (the right knee). He had got a bit of tendinitis in his knee and we have to manage him, but he has certainly been able to do a lot more training.”

what are people thinking with the ol' Budwa. Will certainly be top 10 fwds but will he take a dip? basically i'm tossing up cutting my Mids to 4 and going 4 premos fwd or leaving him out and keeping 5 in the mids...

Choose based on where the best value rookies are would be my advice

I'm going to start him. He will probably end up cheaper at some stage, but his average is surely going to be better than it was last year so I'm prepared to take the good with the bad. I can definitely see the case in not starting him though
