Yup 3 bids like loopy cam mentioned. The bids that were placed before 6pm on Thursday that were not the leading bids at that time do not count.

You get three bids on each player. The bids made before Thursday do count in these three as far as I'm aware.

Yeah we are trying to say the same thing I think. Only the bids that were leading as of 6pm last Thursday count towards the three. You could put 10 bids on a player before the activation period and only 1 would count if it was the leading bid as at 6pm (or none would count if someone else had the leading bid at that point.) From that point on all bids count towards the three, even incorrect/invalid bids.

You get a free delisting if all of the following are true:
1) they were on an AFL auto 2 year deal;
2) they were on a TM auto 2 year deal; and
3) they are not on an AFL senior or rookie list on November 20-whatever
