Mckenzie or Bugg?

McKenzie has a history, 2013-14, of averaging 80+. Bugg has nothing of the sort, I'd go McKenzie.

I'd go Mckenzie based on high scoring potential. Bugg would probably have better job security however could be used defensively at times. Also haven't seen enough exposed form at Melbourne.
I'm personally not going with either.

Is the extra $80,000-$100,000 worth spending over other rookies priced at $120,000?

With Suckling coming in and Libba pushing Picken and JJ back at times he might struggle to tonne up and it looks like it will drag down his average. Too many like for likes in the Dogs backline.

Can anyone help give a summary of the pros/cons behind each? From what I understand at the moment the

Upside:
Birch - more midfield time + ??
KK - more midfield time, natural improvement due to age + ??
Bartel - underpriced and a legend + ??

Cons:
Birch - ??
KK - ??
Bartel - may continue decline due to age and ??

You would hope so but if your picking him in the hope he makes 100k while scoring 70ish then your picking him for the wrong reasons.
Best to pick guys who will become keepers. premos or breakouts, you dont want to be wasting trades on them.
