Thought the same thing when I saw a photo of Zorko. Just really lean.
Dont get me wrong, Im not his biggest fan BUT at least he is being positive by saying there is competition in the side....

Yep by far. Even my dad was blown away by there conditioning. That photo of d beams with the rope doesnt do him any justice. P hanley is in awesome condition.
I will also add that the feeling around the group is amazing. Everyone seemed to he having a blast but giving 100% also.

Sorry mate no detailed report from me today. I took the 2 year old and he was in fine form so i had to chase around a screaming 2 year old.

Well my 8 year old son goes for Richmond (he can't explain why) and my 2 girls (5 and 7) both go for Collingwood (brainwashed by their mother), although I haven't completely given up hope. Winning a few more games this year would certainly help.
This one? That's a Split front squat, usually have the elbows pointed like that for any for of front squat.
my 31 year old son and 5, 8 and 10 year old grand children are all lions supporters and members, the brain washing started a generation ago. you have to get in early.
I go more down the threat line... The threat of moving out and into nannas home if they support any other team haha
