Porke"d - so you flogs might have heard about this footballer called Jaegar O'Meara. If you haven't, he's this footballer that Hawthorn quietly acquired during the trade period from the GC, he's a pretty good player.....when he's available. Porked is the Jaegar O'Meara of the Bay, he's pretty good when he's here, but often finds himself suspended due to issues of self-control (or lack of), then other times he's just not here for whatever reason (or doesn't turn up until finals time like last year). Porked's season was less bookended by the first month and the last month as much as they were the only times he was here. He started really well with an effort that had serious potential before he disappeared (as well as a companion thread to his infamous welcher thread), then finished strongly with a thread idea that perfectly captured the feel of this trade period. Hawthorn are hoping for a turnaround in O'Meara's availability next year, maybe Porked will be able to mirror this on Bay 13.
