So much for never trading with eachother that's like 6 lolTrade Alert
Warriors and Tributes trade to be confirmed in full shortly.
I did say very early on after our first trade that I wouldn't trade without it being a three-way, which was upheld for well over a full season, almost two from memory? This one hasn't been fully revealed yet though. I just wanted to post something before somebody commented on the initial UF trade aspectSo much for never trading with eachother that's like 6 lol

That would have been nice!I'm assuming you're getting a Tutty 2nd rounder.. if I was a betting man.
Would need something for that hahaI'm assuming you're getting a Tutty 2nd rounder.. if I was a betting man.
Trade Alerts
Trade 1:
Warriors receive Warriors 3rd Round Pick, Tutty's future 3rd Round Pick, Dean Gore and Jake Long
Tributes receive Jake Carlisle, and Liam Dawson
Trade 2:
Warriors receive Dom Tyson
Sparrows receive Warriors 1st Round Pick, Warriors future 1st Round Pick, and Dean Gore
Trade Rationale
Warrior's felt they needed another best 22 mid, who along with Whitfield's return in a few months will strengthen the side considerably in 2017. Tyson was once a Warrior, and it is always nice to get a former player back. Hopefully those two 1st rounders are pushed more towards the mid teens!
Warriors were also looking to balance the squad a bit better too, and was happy to trade a few backs. Carlisle for essentially a pick in the late 30's and a future late 20's/early 30's pick I think is great value for Tutty. Carlisle is a bit rusty now, but I expect him to get plenty of kicks and marks over the next few years, stats that the Warriors are confident they have covered now, which made Carlisle expendable. I only hope he stays down back and doesn't kick too many goals!
Warriors didn't really didn't need to trade Dawson, but felt it was a great opportunity to create a spot on the list for a potential FA selection in the near future. Dawson has been named on the extended bench this week and could become a solid player across half back for Brisbane and the Tributes in the years to come.
Warriors are likely to delist Jake Long in the short term to free up a spot for a FA selection in the coming weeks.
Once the first trade with Tributes is processed, the trade with Sparrows will be confirmed on UF.
I will update Draft Pick Trade Tracker shortly (including Dynamos and LWP's recent trade).
Tutty and Jordie_tackles to both confirm.
Rockford to update Squad Lists on front page.
Cheers!
Oh, I thought they were kept updated for some reason, no worries then! You don't need me to update the squad lists anymore You can process the trades on UF and through the magic of television your squads will be updated after a few days
Rationale for trade:
Simply that 2 firsts is th chance to double down on Tyson, if he keeps his current form together that may be hard but I doubt his currency gets much higher than it is now. Didn't want to take a step back but really doesn't look like I win it this year and gives me assets to move forward with.
Was thinking that hahaTrade means that I basically gave you three first rounders for Walker the previous off-season..
Trade Alert;
Geelong West Sparrows receives:
Will Brodie. Jacob Allison, Raiders Round 1 Pick 2019, Raiders Round 2 Pick 2018, Drews 3rd round pick 2018
Raiders receives:
Patrick Cripps
Rockford to confirm
