Winston is a dickhead, i doubt the Bucs will ever have any sort of success with him honestly. Throws the ball way too much, seems to worry about padding his stats, and then crap like that, supposedly injured and gets involved in a play that has nothing to do with him.

Koetter needs to go but good luck to the next Bucs coach having to deal with him, id rather deal with Cam, and thats saying something.
