He did have an ankle clean up in the off season, didn't he? Maybe he had some down time with that.

So expect him to blitz the distance running by February?Prolly the weight of the Captaincy.
Isn't this why we gave up TWO FIRST ROUND PICKS FOR HIM. He'ld wanna be goodHi E Shed. I have been to a few training sessions and I have to say this is exactly the feeling I have whenever I see Cam at work. I want to go early and say he is going to be an absolute champion, but then my conservative nature says "wait and see".
Glad you have gone early! I believe he has that little bit of x-factor which 99% of footballers will never have, but which separates the good players from the special players.
If not I will just refer back to your post and say you are a sycophantic pencil neck who swallows the kool aid
Hagdorn said first year players didn't vote. Is that right?Looks like Fyfey is wooing the new blokes to make sure he has the numbers, Malcolm Turnbull style.
Clever.
If Hadgorn said it, then it means they have double votes.Hagdorn said first year players didn't vote. Is that right?

Someone once told me that the great Dale Kickett used to take a footy everywhere he went, sitting it next to him in the car, spinning and handballing it in the front seat when he came to the lights. I s'pose it's easy to love something you're really good at.
He was a champion. He cares what people of the slime thinkOne of my favourite Dockers ever. Such a warrior, it is just a shame that he will be remembered by most non Freo people for 5 minutes of justified anger but he was a very good footballer who served us well for many years. I have had the pleasure of meeting him and he is a very humble bloke as well.
Can any regular trainer watchers give us a bit of info on what players look like playing different roles this year ? Is mundy training more in a defensive role? Is weller looking to be a small defender? Sheridan set to play more in the middle ? Any other players look like playing a forward role and haven't been there previously etc I know the players I have mentioned did have stints last year where I have mentioned but in match sims etc do they stay where I have mentioned ?
Is spurr used the most as the designated kick in player in sims ? Last year he booted a lot out of 50 and it went straight to the opposition team and the opposition regularly got a goal out of it. Spurr is a great defender but someone with a bullet accurate kick should be used for kick ins imo if mundy is used back there perminatly he would be my pick for designated kicker even though last year his kicks weren't perfect but that may of been to his injury that he had cleaned after season
Yes.Having major buyers remorse now taking Billy ahead of Subes in the buddy draft
Can any training watchers tell me if Cam:
a) is quick off the mark, leaving his opponent behind;
b) has quick closing speed and puts distance on his opponent at the point of contact with the ball;
c) is just generally quick on the lead; and or
d) has great footy smarts so he knows where to lead which gives the illusion he's quicker than his opponent
Admittedly I didn't take too much notice of his games with GWS so can't comment.
so it's e) all of the above?Yes.
Correctamundo!so it's e) all of the above?
I bet you are all wishing you had the foresight to get in early and snare him as your buddy.
Nothing more exciting than the up and comers.I'm pretty happy having the best footballer on the planet as my Buddy.
Except a mature ager trying to maintain his position amongst said up and comers. These guys need buddies the most - or could end up like Hird. Too soon?Nothing more exciting than the up and comers.
