The whole Cambodia thing is weird. Also a little concerned that he was thinking he would retire, I hope that's maybe a breakdown in his communication. I would think he'd have had plenty of offers and potentially more money in Asia and middle east. Maybe he wasn't interested in anything like that which if is true makes the retirement talk make more sense.
It's like a sam mitchell role at west coast, except not really in many ways

Number 4 isnt a lucky number at all in asian countries/asian culture. :(
I often order "number 4" at many asian restaurants.

Surely Honda isn't playing tonight? No word on anymore signings? Wouldn't mind seeing us bring in Scott Mcdonald on a year deal as backup if there's no standout in youth leagues (most have been snapped up), no doubt he'd be cheap.

OK here goes..

I had a sense that the club wasn't taking the FFA Cup seriously this season but to lose in that fashion was just pathetic our style and play was horrible. I know it's preseason but its unacceptable.

Why isn't Thomas in goals? why put on Ansell and take off Ingham when we are down in the 85th min? why not put Hope on earlier when Antonis was being clumpy and giving away to many fouls why wasn't that new German Defender Gorge playing? all smacks of the club just thinking its gonna just happen and we got our pants pulled down for it! that's not the way we should be going about it! I'm disgusted at the club right now! not at the fact that we lost but just the way we went about it!

Massive wake up call to everyone and to Muscat! lets not just think Honda is gonna solve all our problems either! Hopefully we announce a striker to bloody soon!

btw..

APIA where bloody Brilliant tonight I hope they go on and make the Semis at least i'll be cheering for them to do so despite the disappointment of losing to an NPL side the scenes post match in the APIA rooms where bloody awesome that is what football and the FFA Cup is all about! Its given the competition and football in the country a little shot in the arm despite the political bullshit that's been going!

Well Done and Congrats!

Regardless of what excuses will be used, if you had tuned in tonight and been told one club is pro, the other semi-pro, you'd have picked APIA. The fact that professional players can't put the simplest of passes together is embarrassing. This, for me, was 100% mindset and that mindset may have reflected exactly what the coach is thinking.

Ever since Muscat sooked about the WA pitch and A League clubs not taking the competition serious when the FFA aren't treating it seriously then I knew he couldn't give a stuff.

So glad APIA won, I hope the other NPL teams continue to embarrass the pro boys and they cop the heat they deserve. No pride in the jersey at all tonight.

it's great when lower tier sides knock off the big boys. Melbourne being the bunnies this time around makes it so much better too.

Bet you guys where shitting bricks too for a time last night lol
It is great especially seeing the scenes after the match like I mentioned in a post above. It was embarrassing for the Victory guess we have to live with it and cop it! not to concerned about it through looking ahead in the bigger picture.

Can't win all the trophies, all the time. Hope to see a NPL team give it a real crack and make the final.

This is still my favourite kit. Imagine if that god awful red wasn't on there, if any of you guys own one you know how annoying that sponsor feels, let lone looks.

I do. It feels heavy and sticky. Ive always said the sponsor should go through, mesh with the V. Instead it sits on the tummy region. So for fatties the adecco looks rounded
