Just my opinion but if I was picking the team Barlow would be one of the first players I pick every week.
He's got the on field leadership we are missing and brings other players into the game

When you're trying to lose games on purpose, you tend not to pick players that can win you games. Just sayin'

Nothing wrong with not picking up players who performed well in NEAFL whose just came back from injuries , but to said their performance are nothing just because you don't want them to play AFL is a bit trash IMO.

History shows the best neafl players aren’t up to afl standard. Better off going for the better wafl, sanfl and vfl players

History mean to be broken ,I won't said it is wrong to be conservative, but GC might be the first club to do it first . Only recently state mature players get to drafted in second and third round ,Flitsch and Oskar Baker (Aspley) .

I don’t see it, neafl is a very ordinary league. Fritsch was dominating for Casey, not sure what that has to do with the neafl.
We need to be looking for the menegola, Kelly types

Oskar Baker is from NeAFL , what I mean is people scouts from all over the state league and will not limited by our bias perception .
I'll look around and see what option .
WAFL - Cody Leggett (188 cm ) , Ben Sokol .
SANFL - McAdams /uebergang ( only rookie draft option )
VFL - Collins
NeAFL - Mitch Macquire . ( If you look at all the NeAFL possession getter they are all age 25+ , only him at 20 doing it consistently and Top of MVP also )

Barlow and Deboer ranking out plenty possession in WAFL too before they get delisted .

Realistically what neafl player has consistently played well to make a great AFL career.

What is the history setup of NEAFL compare to SANFL, WAFL, VFL, everything take time , without GWS and GC the competition won't improve , and players will improve with this two team in .

These clubs have been in existence for years, although the league is new, the clubs aren’t. Good players move south to get drafted as mature agers

Isn't it that Collingwood guy that recently extended his contract from Redland .
