Apparently there is a bit of confusion over the best of the second place finished. Because Indonesia have been suspended, I've read that the results of the second placed team against the bottom placed team of every group will not be taken into consideration when determining the best of the second placed finishes and because we've smashed Bangladesh both times it will weaken our record more than the other teams that finished second in their group.
