I'm not seeing heaps for sale on Gumtree but maybe I'm not searching for the right thing. I'm doing "AFL Grand Final" or "Grand Final" in all of Australia.

Any tips?

Oh, and I'm looking for 3 tickets, preferably seated for a reasonable price i.e. not desperate but still very keen to go if anyone can help

Not sure if mentioned, but I hear that GWS members were offered up to two tickets each. Bring a mate.

Crazy stuff when you think about how hard it is for members of other clubs to get one ticket when their team is playing.

Surely not true? A slap in the face to people who have never/will never get the chance to see their team in the GF because of stuff like this.

My H&A seat is in M55 and I can't think of anything in M56 that would equate to restricted view. It's a little bit more around to the pocket and being row C I can only think of a point post or something maybe qualifying it as restricted?

Yeah that may be the case. Wasn't sure if they did that, but I have been keeping an eye on things and some do seem to disappear quite quickly.

Yeah I know, that's a bit sad isn't it? That's what happens when you get rejected trying to sign up and join your own club forum during the frenzy of the last couple of days. At least GWS were kind enough to let me in and I am a genuine "supporter" of theirs (sort of) being a Sydney based Tigers supporter of many, many years who never wanted to support the Swans

You're surely joking... You can select any team on your bigfooty profile and you've chosen GWS. All boards have no control over who chooses their team.

Thanks for that. I read somewhere in my search there could be a cameraman who sits right there so they could block some of the field. You wouldn’t have any photos from your seat this year would you? Might be able to see a camera man in maybe sitting in row A. It can’t be a horizontal bar as there’s none on the fencing bottom level. Hoping someone knows exactly why or if in your case a photograph might show a cameraman in it. Otherwise I might have to stand if the restricted view is too much

The 30K eligible members may well be correct, as in the second run of ticket sales they had even non match day members could purchase tickets including baby memberships and Auskick memberships.

I'm not actually joking or trying to be funny. Being new, I honestly thought it must've been a team forum admin thing because of all the new blow-ins and potential scalpers on here so I tried a different team and it worked. I never got the signup email on my other account and when I tried logging back in it said my account had been rejected by an admin.
