I have had the most joy with the Ticketek app. If you get in around 10:50 you’re golden. Also having the mobile site up in different browsers on your phone doesn’t seem to lose your place in the line (if you’ve got a new phone that keeps the app alive in the background)

I agree. If you get through the line before 10:50 you'll have less than 3 mins to finish the transaction which could be risky. Make sure youre already logged in too of course.

I collected my ticket from Camberwell and they didn't even check ID

So my sister in law has just been told by the ticketek outlet (25 mins before 11am) than they aren't selling the tickets there today. WTF?!

She's been there for 2 days FFS.

There is no line, it checks if there is space when the counter hits zero if there is space you get in.

To be fair the outlet method is pretty outdated. I'm not sure why they bother with it.

Outlet method is great for high demand events IF you are one of the first couple in line.
