Oi vey, that's no good. Looks like that extra 33K for Duursma is gonna have to be used. Was flitting between the two of them, but that forces my hand. Leaves my only change up until the opening bounce, as to whether I go with Cripps/Selwood and Drew, or Telly and Cousins.

Just on Macrae, if he explodes out of the blocks and goes at 125 early it’s going to be at least unti the byes when you’ll be able to upgrade to him. Is it worth just getting him from the start and being done with it?

I'm pretty keen on Selwood too, but his being in my team come Round 1, rests solely on whether Greenwood plays. His record against Sel is ridiculous, so you just can't be risking a 60 or a 70 from one of your premos right off the bat. IMO, I think it's worth downgrading Macrae to Libba, and then upgrading a forward rook to Telly. Macrae will be very good, but he's priced around his limit right now, so he won't increase anymore. Completely up to you, but those are the two I'd be looking at to bolster your forward line, based on team selection.

P.S. I have a team that has a 1-2-3 backline, a 3-1-2 forward line, a 1-1 ruck and a midfield right now that consists of Treloar, Brayshaw, Sel, Taranto, Rocky, Brouch, Sheed & Walsh, so you're not alone haha (I've also tinkered with a forward line with 4 premos, 1 midpricer and Setterfield, with Cousins in the mid instead of Selwood if Greenwood plays, so you can be creative)

We have the exact same structure, gives me a sense of confidence that I’m not the only one with a method of madness

I saw somewhere where Max Gawn was saying Frost? was likely to get a gig ahead of Hore depending on size match ups?

I think Frost would fill in for May until his suspension is served and Hore was talked up to be the Lever replacement. I’m not too sure though, we’ll see on Thursday I guess.

both... if he gets sent back to roam in def he'll go well i reckon, reads the play exceptionally apparently... i'm starting Drew as well so i'll need cover for Wines returning and throwing a spanner in the works.
