Is it just me or is it drifting towards established players being more overated than draft picks? For so long Hawthorn have felt draft picks have been overrated so we traded for established players. If it seems that now other clubs look like paying over the odds for players maybe we will hit the draft harder
I think it depends on the draft. In super drafts, clubs seem keen to load up on picks, weaker very even drafts, they realise pick 25 could get you exactly the same player as pick 75.
